The Sheet: Conversations with Durango’s most creative minds, is an occasional project from writer, illustrator, and Studio & member artist David Holub. Each issue features an in-depth interview with one of Durango’s most dynamic and creative personalities, as well as an original illustration by Holub based on an excerpt from the interview, each in his whimsical, absurd, and often-humorous style.

As founder and former editor and creative director of Durango’s DGO Magazine, Holub has gravitated to Durango’s most compelling personalities and is always seeking out fresh voices. In forthcoming issues, look for conversations with people in all corners of creativity, including visual artists, musicians, scientists, teachers, writers, inventors … you name it.
